kris: day one...the break-up diet

all things considered, i could have eaten a lot worse today.

i started off with a half cup of ben & jerry's oatmeal cookie crunch ice cream for breakfast.

for lunch, two slices of a thin crust garlic chicken pizza (california pizza kitchen's frozen pizza).

and dinner was a bowl of vegetable stir fry with non fat sesame ginger sauce.

a lot of water was consumed throughout the day as well.

exercise - i went on a 2 1/2 hour hike through santiago oaks regional park.

hopefully tomorrow starts off with a better breakfast meal plan. but if there are tears, not promising i won't be digging into that ice cream!
