starting this blog was a spur of the moment decision to lose some dang weight for me and my best cuz. we're going to keep one another accountable. we're sick of the chub, i guess.
so here goes...each day we'll post about our diet and exercise. and if we fail...we'll punch each other through our computer screens. compunch. you know, because that's how we roll. and we live 2,000+ miles apart. it's the only option we have.
today, i ate...oh man! i did leave that piece of toast in the toaster. i forgot to eat it.
um, for lunch...we went out after church and i got an al a carte chicken burrito smothered in melted cheese. i had a few chips with salsa, and water. a bite of my husband's taco salad, but because i was trying to sneak it, i only managed to get some lettuce and shredded cheese.
two annie's organic chocolate chip granola bars for a snack.
probably four diet cokes.
a fat tire beer.
a salami and mozzerella sandwich with spinach, fresh basil, dijon, tomato, and red onion for dinner, with a side of bell pepper, corn, black bean, and red onion salad with a apple cider vinegar and sugar dressing.
water throughout.
not horrible.
no exercise to report. hopefully i'll have a less hectic day tomorrow and i'll get to work out.
Aw, poor toast! Leaving it to sit all alone like that :P
