breakfast: three annie's organic chocolate chip granola bars and water.
lunch: leftover steak from the steak salad i made the other day...in a whole wheat tortilla, with avocado, cheddar, chile verde sauce, and romaine. i had orange juice to drink.
dinner: two biscuits with two eggs, tomatoes, romaine, and light olive oil mayo. water.
no exercise to report - which is ridiculous. i have a gym membership and i am wasting money by not going (and not getting any thinner in the meantime). i'm going monday - this weekend is going to be crazy busy. monday morning. i'm not kidding. this blog is about getting fit and eating well. i need to be getting better every day, not worse.
