breakfast: i had some cinnamon harvest by kashi cereal with skim milk.
lunch: a whole wheat tortilla with cheddar cheese and chile verde sauce, toasted with light butter in a skillet and diet coke (i like this lunch but will make it healthier next time with olive oil instead of butter).
dinner: salad with romaine, feta, craisins, and crutons and drip beef sandwiches on whole wheat toasted subs - with pepperocinis and provolone. sweet tea.
exercise: walked and also cleaned house - which is a pretty good workout! gets my blood flowing.
