kate: day five...the yummy diet

i didn't eat breakfast because i think i forgot to.

i made a yummy and quick lunch - lightly buttered a whole wheat tortilla, filled it with sharp cheddar and chile verde sauce, and grilled it. ate it. had a diet coke.

dinner was incredible - drip beef and pepperocinis on whole wheat buns with provolone. two of them. salad - romaine lettuce, blue cheese, craisins, crutons, avocado and lite sweet vidalia onion dressing. water and a fat tire beer.

lemon ricotta granita (sugar, lemon juice, ricotta, salt) for dessert. hot earl grey tea.

more water.
