kate: day four...the mind-numbing diet.

i ate four pieces of that dessert i made last night for breakfast.

i drank a diet coke.

for lunch, i ate roasted red peppers and cream cheese.

i drank another diet coke.

for dinner, i made a salad with romaine, kalamata olives, crutons, avocado, tomato, sliced steak, and blue cheese with peppercorn ranch dressing.

insert another diet coke...

and as i write this, i'm drinking a fat tire beer.

walked a bit and pushed adelaide in her swing and i had sex. tmi? i hear it burns 85 calories, so it counts as exercise right?
